How do I create and fill my Find Guide profile?

After you press the Log in button you will need to fill in the guide registration form. Make sure to fill in all the sections. This information is very valuable for your guests.

How do I upload my ID to my Find Guide profile?

When you log in you will be asked to upload your passport or ID photos. Please, follow the on-screen instructions.

After that your documents will be sent for verification. Usually it doesn't take more than 1 day to check. In case of successful verification, your profile will be confirmed and you will be able to work with tourists.

Why should I give detailed information about myself?

To attract tourist’s attention you need a good self-presentation. For example, if you have a tour guide license or certificate we encourage you to upload it to your profile page so we would give you a special pro status.

What do I pay for?

If you register now you will use the service for free until April 30.

Afterwards, you will be charged $3 per reply to a traveler's request.

Can anyone see my contact details?

Guests will receive your phone number once you come to agreement. It's important to keep your contact details updated at all times: this is where both the Find Guide team and your guests will reach out to you!

How do I change my profile information?

You can edit any information by going to your profile page and clicking on the info you want to change.

How do I add my profile picture?

To add a photo to your profile, tap the "Upload Photo" button from your profile page and pick a profile photo of your choosing.

How do I change the contact details in my account?

In your profile you will find the "Contact information" section. Here you can change your contact details like phone number and email address by clicking at it.

Once you’ve done this, we’ll email you to confirm the changes.

How can I fund my Find Guide account?

Log in and open the “Wallet” section. Enter the amount and click the “Add Funds” button. Now you can choose from a selection of convenient payment methods.

How can I add pictures to my profile?

In your profile you will find the "Gallery" section. Here you need to tap on the “Add photo” button and select the photo you’d like to add.

Here you can add up to 5 files in JPEG, JPG and PNG formats. Make sure it does not exceed 10 mb.

How can I add videos to my profile?

In your profile go to the “ Video presentation” section and tap on the “Upload video” button. You can use AVI, MOV and MKV formats. Make sure that the video size is not more than 100 mb.

How do I receive bookings?

Once our guests register and choose the place they would want to visit, they are able to make a booking directly on the platform. 

There are two ways possible:

  • In the ''Orders'' section guides can find out if there are tourists interested in visiting places in their cities to choose the suitable orders ;
  • In the ''Requests'' section guides can check all the requests of tourists who have chosen them, respond to them in the chat and discuss all the necessary details.

Where can I find my Requests?

In your profile page you go to the “Requests” section, there you can find all your current or completed requests from your guests.

Can the tourist contact the guide directly?

You can get in touch with your guests via the Find Guide chat. Once booking is confirmed, you’ll receive the contact details of your guests and they will receive yours. Make sure you answer the guests’ messages within 24 hours.

How and when do I get paid for the tour I offer?

The tourist pays directly to the guide. Find Guide is not involved in this process. We recommend you to agree on the terms of payment in advance.

Need to cancel my booking.

In case you are no longer available for the confirmed booking please go to the “Requests” section. Here choose the request you would like to cancel and press the “Reject” button. 

What happens in case my guests don't show up for a booking?

In case the guests didn't show up and didn't answer your phone calls we recommend you to wait for 30 minutes maximum at the meeting point.

How do guests leave reviews?

After the tour we ask our guests to write a review and provide star-rating for the guide's work. When they do so, the reviews will be published on your profile and you will receive an email notification that you received a new review.  

Where can I see my reviews?

Your reviews will appear automatically on your profile page.

How can I take a break from Find Guide service?

If you wish to take a break longer than 3 months and if you don't know when you are coming back exactly - we can temporarily deactivate your profile. In order to do that, please contact us

How do I delete my account?

If you want to delete your account please send us a message and your profile will be deleted.
